Coffee Break French: Subscription details
Please note that the subscriptions are on-going and that you will be charged for a further full subscription three months after the date on which you first sign up. You can, however, cancel at any time.
What happens when I sign up?
When you click on the subscribe button, you'll be taken to Paypal where you can use an existing account or set up a new account linked to a credit card. Please note that it is not possible to create a subscription at the moment using a credit card only. Equally, we cannot accept payments for Coffee Break French subscriptions by email, fax or mail. We are currently redeveloping our store and as each unit is complete, the unit will become available for one-off purchase in our store. It will then be possible to purchase the materials for the entire unit by credit card and other methods.Once you've processed your payment through Paypal, click on Return to Merchant and you'll return to the Coffee Break French site. On receipt of your payment we will create your account as soon as possible. Accounts are created manually at the moment, and we will send you a username and password within 24 hours. Should you not hear from us within 24 hours, please contact us. Please remember that we are based in the UK and therefore we may well be on a different timezone from you. We have in the past had problems sending activation codes to customers using certain ISPs, including comcast.net, sbcglobal.net, rr.com and rogers.com. We would be grateful if you would ensure that you have added sales@radiolingua.com to your address book. This should help to ensure that our mail does not end up your junk mailbox. We would ask that you make sure that you check your junk mail before contacting us, and it is very helpful if you can provide an alternative email address or phone / cellphone number in case we can't get through to you.
Please note that the premium version of the podcast has a different address and you'll need to subscribe to this new podcast in iTunes or via your aggregator in order to access it. Nothing will happen to your existing feed, so don't expect to see new materials in the "Learn French with Coffee Break French" feed. We'll send you details of the premium version with your activation email.
